Thank you for shopping with Certified Nutrition. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled in compliance with UK and EU consumer regulations.
1. Policy Overview
We accept returns and issue refunds for unopened, unused products purchased directly from our official website (www.certified-nutrition.com). Customers may also request a replacement for faulty or damaged items.
Returns are accepted only within the UK and EU regions.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns are not accepted for opened items, used products, or products not purchased directly from Certified Nutrition.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or replacement, contact our support team at info@certified-nutrition.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:
Your full name and order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return (e.g. unwanted, damaged, incorrect item)
Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide step-by-step return instructions, including the return address and reference code.

5. Timeline for Returns and Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days from approval.
Replacements are dispatched within 1-3 working days after confirmation.
6. Method of Refund
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
Shipping fees and return costs (except for faulty or incorrect items) are non-refundable.
7. Lost, Undelivered, or Refused Orders
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders caused by incorrect delivery information. Proof of Postage is provided for all dispatched orders. If an order is returned due to refusal or failed collection, the cost of re-delivery will be charged, or a refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping fees.
