At Certified Nutrition®, we are committed to delivering your supplements quickly, securely, and transparently. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Malta

All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfillment center via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed services.

We do not currently ship outside these regions, but we are planning to expand soon.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight.

UK Rates (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed):

  • 0–100 g — £4.00
  • 100–250 g — £4.65
  • 250–500 g — £5.45
  • 500–750 g — £5.80
  • 750 g–2 kg — £6.39
  • 2–10 kg — £10.19
  • 10–20 kg — £14.19

 

Malta Rates (Royal Mail Tracked & Signed):

  • 0–200 g — £9.00
  • 200–1 kg — £13
  • 1 kg–2 kg — £19
  • 2 kg – 3 kg — £33.80
  • 3 kg–4 kg — £37

 

Free UK  Shipping:

Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–4 business days

  • Malta: 5–8 business days

Times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or seasonal demand.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can follow your parcel through Royal Mail’s tracking service.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs.
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please:

  1. Check your local delivery depot or post office.

  2. Contact us at info@certified-nutrition.com for help.

We will provide Proof of Postage and assist you in contacting the courier.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will:

  • Offer reshipment (at your cost), or

  • Issue a refund excluding original shipping and return charges.

7. Customs & Duties (Malta Orders)

Orders delivered to Malta may be subject to import taxes or handling fees, payable by the recipient.
Certified Nutrition® has no control over these charges.
