Orders are placed through our online store at www.certified-nutrition.com.
After payment confirmation, you will receive an order-confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are food supplements only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement.
Use products only as directed on their labels.

4. Customer Obligations

By purchasing, you confirm that:

You are 18 years or older (or of legal purchasing age in your jurisdiction).
The billing and delivery information provided is accurate and complete.
You understand your responsibility to comply with local import and supplement-use regulations.

5. Payments

We accept:

Transactions are processed securely, and card details are never stored.
All prices are in GBP (£) and charged at the time of order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays).
Estimated delivery:

UK: 2–4 business days
Malta: 5–8 business days

7. Import Duties (Malta Orders)

Orders shipped to Malta may incur import duties, handling fees, or local taxes payable by the recipient.
We have no control over these costs. Please consult your local customs office before ordering.

8. Returns and Refunds

Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except for damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval and are credited to the original payment method.

9. Warranty

All products will match their descriptions and be of satisfactory quality when delivered.
This warranty excludes misuse or improper storage.

10. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Product use is entirely at your own risk.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, where D.B. Trade LTD is registered and operates.
For customers located in the United Kingdom, transactions and consumer rights will also be interpreted in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
